外企头条:证券业4月新规吸引外企入场
自4月1日起,中国正式取消证券公司外资股比限制,进一步开放证券市场。对此,外企早已纷纷跟进。
3月27日,高盛获得中国证监会核准,将在高盛高华证券有限责任公司的持股比例从33%增至51%。
同一日,摩根士丹利也表示将获得合资券商摩根士丹利华鑫证券有限责任公司的控股股权,持股比例将从49%升至51%。
至此,中国已有5家外资控股券商获批设立,包括瑞银、野村东方国际等。此外还有10家合资券商,18家合资券商正在排队申请设立,首家100%外资控股券商有望在不久后诞生。
由此看来,国际投资者仍然看好中国经济长期发展前景。在中国金融市场加码布局成为它们的重要选择。
这也说明,近年来中国证券行业的对外开放进程明显加快,疫情带来的短期负面效应并没有影响这一进程的长期向好趋势。
